Náplň práce

• Scoping, assessment, planning, designing, testing and technical documentation for the implementation, support and migration of the enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft 365 including related core technologies (Active Directory, Cloud Identities, Exchange, Teams, ADFS, AAS Connect and EMS)
• Possess and maintain expertise in above mentioned platforms utilizing that knowledge to inspire and inform customers, coworkers on innovative solutions and support development of new standard service offerings
• Understand customer business requirements
• Translate requirements into an architectural design and match also to existing service offerings
• Design, construct, configure and maintain all facets of a Microsoft 365 Tenant
• Plan and Execute an end-to -end implementation of the target workloads and hand-over to service delivery
• Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 and related core technologies

Požiadavky na zamestnanca

• Good English skills are required, German Language is advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting systems in a distributed network based on Microsoft technologies in a professional services environment is required
• Microsoft 365 and Azure experience
• Experience working in an international environment is preferred
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in researching new technologies
• A good understanding of today’s IT security challenges
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with a group of people with diverse personalities and backgrounds
• Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders and maintain a calm manner in stressful situation
• Preferred Certifications
• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100 of MS101)
• Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate (MS-500)
• MCSE Productivity Solutions Expert
